Order cut-off time:
- Please note that our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Processing time includes verifying your order, quality checks, and packaging.
Processing Time:
- Once your order is placed and payment is successfully processed, our team will begin the process of preparing your order. We work diligently to have your items ready for shipment within 1-2 days (Mon- Fri).
Shipping Methods:
- To guarantee the secure and timely delivery of your orders, we collaborate with reliable shipping carriers. The shipping method selected for your order will be determined by several factors, including the destination and the size/weight of the package.
- For most orders, we offer standard shipping.
Shipping Costs:
- We believe in fair and transparent shipping costs. For orders with a cart value below $50, a flat shipping fee of $4.99 will apply. However, if your cart value exceeds $50, you are eligible for free shipping.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Our standard shipping typically takes 1-12 working days from the date of order processing for your package to reach its destination. Please bear in mind that this is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking:
- As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number through email or your customer account. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment online. Kindly note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system.
Address Accuracy:
- To ensure successful delivery, we urge you to double-check and provide an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. We will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Non-Delivery or Lost Packages:

Change of Address

Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at support@cecilelepets.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been processed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Damaged Goods
We take great care in packaging your orders, but if your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at support@cecilelepets.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged goods. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
